Westarctica talk:Policy

Westarctica, please have a look at what I have put together here for site policies. I have a made a number of assumptions, and these may need to be revised! But we also need to have a policy page, so do have a look and modify it as you see fit. I've done my best to write it up according to my own understanding of how the site should work, but that by no means should suggest that I know what I am talking about. I am particularly uncertain about the copyright-related part. I am not sure what kind of copyright environment you would like to see here (we have never discussed this, I don't think) but what I wrote sounded reasonable to me. I also created a number of licensing options for file uploaders that allow them to restrict reuse of those uploads much more than Wikipedia or Commons currently does. Those may need to be removed, depending on what you decide is best, but for now it allows for a broad range of licensing options for uploaded works.
