The Citizen Identification Number also referred to as CIN (pronounced sin) is a means of uniquely identifying each citizen of Westarctica.
History
In the Spring of 2018, Duke Jordan of the Bear Peninsula, the Minister of Citizenship & Immigration corresponded with Grand Duke Travis regarding the implementation of a system to allow for the each citizen to have a unique identification number, much like a National declared an end to the Transitional Government and returned to the throne of Westarctica. Together with Prime Minister Tulier and the Hereditary Nobility of Westarctica, the Grand Duke wrote and revised the Charter of Westarctica.
