In the Spring of 2018, [[Duke of the Bear Peninsula|Duke Jordan of the Bear Peninsula]], the [[Minister of Citizenship & Immigration]] corresponded with [[Grand Duke Travis]] regarding the implementation of a system to allow for the each citizen to have a unique identification number, much like a National   declared an end to the [[Transitional Government]] and returned to the throne of Westarctica. Together with [[Duke of Waesche|Prime Minister Tulier]] and the [[Hereditary Nobility of Westarctica]], the Grand Duke wrote and revised the Charter of Westarctica.
