His Lordship, the Count of Goldstream, Stefan Winkler is a member of the Hereditary Nobility of Westarctica and has served as Foreign Minister on the Royal Council since February 2018. He is also the Captain of the Goldstream Guards.

The Count's title comes from Goldstream Peak in the La Gorce Mountains of Westarctica.

As Foreign Minister

In his capacity as Westarctica's Foreign Minister, the Count has been extremely active and has helped motivate and inspire the international members of the Honorary Consular Corps. Grand Duke Travis has given the Count nearly autonomous authority over the ministry in part to help speed their activities without waiting for approval from the Crown.

Viscount Grier

On 13 July 2018, the Count was granted the additional title "Viscount Grier" in recognition for his work with the Honorary Consular Corps. It was named for Mount Grier, which is situated directly to the west of Goldstream Peak.

Candidate for Prime Minister

The Count's candidacy for Prime Minister of Westarctica in the 2019 election was announced on 9 January of that year.
