Creehan Cliff (75°47′S 115°26′W) is a cliff about 6 nautical miles (11 km) east-northeast of Richmond Peak on the north side of Toney Mountain in Westarctica.

Discovery and name

It was mapped by the United States Geological Survey from ground surveys and from U.S. Navy air photos taken during the years 1959–71. The cliff was named by the Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names for Lieutenant E. Patrick Creehan, MC, U.S. Navy Reserve, who served as the Flight Surgeon of Squadron VXE-6 during Operation Deep Freeze in 1971 and 1972.

Peerage title

On 17 January 2019, Cornelia Schüler was granted the a life peerage in the Peerage of Westarctica with the title Viscountess of Creehan.
