Duke of the Balchen Glacier
His Grace, the Duke of the Balchen Glacier, Lars Vorländer is a member of the Hereditary Nobility of Westarctica and a patron of the Westarctica Civilian Corps.
The title is derived from the Balchen Glacier, a large glacier in the Fosdick Mountains of Westarctica.
The Vorländer Scholarship
In March 2018, the Duke made a generous donation to the newly-created Westarctica Civilian Corps. This donation helped the creation of the Corps and sponsored membership costs for ten Westarctican citizens who would not have otherwise been able to cover their initiation fee.
