The Grand Ducal Cabinet was an advisory body of the government of Westarctica from 2004 - 2010. The Grand Ducal Cabinet answered directly to the Grand Duke of Westarctica, although several of the ministers had deputy ministers that occasionally communicated directly with the central government as well.

Cabinet of Grand Duke Travis
From 2004 - 2006 the following ministries were represented in the cabinet of Grand Duke Travis:
- Minister of Defense
- Deputy Minister of Defense
- Minister of Information
- Deputy Minister of Information
- Minister of Theocratic Affairs
- Minister of the Treasury
- Minister of Immigration
- Minister of the Environment
- Minister of Communications
Cabinet of Grand Duke Philip
From 2006 - 2008 the following ministries were represented in the cabinet of Grand Duke Philip.
Cabinet of Grand Duke Jon-Lawrence
From 2008 - 2010 the following ministries were represented in the cabinet of Grand Duke Jon-Lawrence.
Dissolution of the cabinet
During the 2010 coup that overthrew Grand Duke Jon-Lawrence, the Grand Ducal Cabinet was dissolved and the Transitional Government, headed by a Prime Minister was created in its place.
In 2015, the first cabinet ministers were appointed to Westarctica's executive team and in 2018, it was officially re-named the Royal Council.
