As a part of the Westarctica Civilian Corps' goal of recognizing citizens for exceptional acts or service that do not merit awarding of one of Westarctica's Order of Chivalry, the Honored Citizen Awards were created. These awards can be issued to any Westarctican, even citizens who are not members of the Corps.
