I think that if a person identifies sufficiently as a woman to be using the term "Ladyship," it is probably safe to assume that we can say, "Her Ladyship" and reserve the use of the gender-neutral "Their" to use with "Lordship" for those that require it, no?

Currently the article reads thus:

"His/Their Lordship" or "Her/Their Ladyship"
