An excellent point... I am of your point of view that he need not attend council meetings or be involved in other governmental discussions. So, you are correct that he should not have a seat on the Royal Council. However, as a "department head" under the Ministry of Culture, he still holds the deputy position in order of precedence. | |||

An excellent point... I am of your point of view that he need not attend council meetings or be involved in other governmental discussions. So, you are correct that he should not have a seat on the Royal Council. However, as a "department head" under the Ministry of Culture, he still holds the deputy position in order of precedence.
