Shouldn't we have some discussion here about forms of address for individuals holding both a royal title as well as, for example, a ministerial appointment? Does this vary with context? Which form of address takes precedence when? Baron of Bastanchury (talk) 17:15, 7 July 2019 (UTC)

While far from official, it can vary with context. Noble titles typically are shown preference. For example, it would be completely appropriate to use Excellency when referring to a Minister in the context of their role, even if they hold a title. Of course, it would be just as appropriate to utilize their title, instead. If the context has nothing to do with Ministerial work, the style of their title would obviously be the appropriate form of address. In my opinion, the one exception would be the role of Prime Minister. Some might disagree, but I think that role should supercede my title of Duke. Again, this is all just opinion. It might help if I knew the specific circumstance, or was this more of a general question? Jordan 16:04, 8 July 2019 (UTC)

I feel it can be an either / or, but I've never noticed anyone objecting to one style being used over another. Technically, all the Ministers should be addressed by their noble titles by those inside Westarctica, and as "Your Excellency" by those outside Westarctica, although this doesn't need to be formalized, I believe it is proper according to international diplomatic customs. The Duke of the Bear Peninsula should be referred to as "Your Excellency" by just about everybody, I just prefer to use "Your Grace" when addressing him during internal discussions. However, when introducing him to others at the upcoming MicroCon, I will use "Excellency" because in this case, it's referring to his higher office. I hope this provides some clarification. It does. I have just updated the list of titles to include possible title holders of either gender. I have NOT done this for the section on Calsahara, however, as there doesn't seem to be any obvious feminine counterparts to the masculine forms given (or rather, although I can guess what the feminine equivalent forms should be, I am not comfortable guessing!). Ah yes, an excellent point, and one which I realize has been overlooked is the gender-specific styles in that article, so thank you for adding them. All Calsaharan titles are currently held by males, although females are welcome to adopt the appropriate gender-specific style when/if they receive them in the future. User:Westarctica 27 July 2019
