The 2017 State Visit in Scone was a diplomatic event that occurred between the sovereign of the Kingdom of Scone and a delegation from Westarctica in the Niagara Falls region of upstate New York. It was considered an important event in the foreign relations of Westarctica.
The Hobbs Coast is the portion of the coast of Westarctica extending from Cape Burks to a point on the coast opposite eastern Dean Island, at 74°42′S 127°05′W, or between the Ruppert Coast in the west and the Bakutis Coast in the east. It stretches from 136°50′W to 127°35′.

The Westarctica delegation included Grand Duke Travis, the Countess of Benton, and Prince-Consort Dinny. They met with King James at Old Fort Niagara in Upstate New York, where the King led the visitors on a personal tour of the old battlements.
The coast was discovered by the US Antarctic Service (1939–41) mapped by the United States Geological Survey from ground surveys and U.S. Navy air photos, 1959–65. Inside the fort, significant time was dedicated to the French Castle, an impressive colonial structure which bears many symbols of the French and British governments that at one time ruled over the fort. These symbols were reverentially reviewed and discussed by the monarchs before a ceremony in the dining room of the castle where Grand Duke Travis presented King James with the regalia of a Knight Commander in the Order of the Snowflake and a copy of The Rise, Fall, and Rebirth of Westarctica.
