The Westarctican College of Arms is a collection of 12 individuals under the supervision of the Ellsworth King of Arms, the Honorable Michael Richards which organizes and registers coats of arms. It will allow citizens and non-citizens alike to purchase Letters Patent with their custom coats of arms and also register their arms with the College.
