The '''The Royal Council of Ishola''' was founded in December 2022 in the [[Empire of Ishola]] to serve the needs of the community and promote opportunities for development, education, and social growth of the Ishola community. The Iaosi Council is committed to creating an environment where individuals can thrive and embrace their gifts and talents.

==Function==
The Royal council serves to meet the needs of the Ishola community as a whole through free public institutions. The free education, healthcare, mental health services and personal development programs all Ishola citizens enjoy are a direct result of the work of the Royal Council.

Seats on the Royal Council are Hereditary. The title of Queen and Empress are bestowed on the founding members of The Golden Empire who completed requirements necessary for the development of the community. Though the call for members was open to the public, few answered the call, and even less completed the necessary steps and requirements to elevate in order to lead. After years of work and refining, a small group had completed the work to establish The Golden Empire into an incorporated entity as they brought forth many programs and institutions to serve the people of the community such as The Intuitive Church of Christ, St. Matthews College, St. Matthews Clinic, Sanctified Herbs Apothecary and many others.

As a commemorative thank you, these women were bestowed the title Queen. There are 5 Queens and 1 Grand Empress known and referred to as The Empress. All others are referred to as Empress followed by their first name. The first Grand Empress is The [[Empress Myishola Matthews]], the founder of the Ishola people and The Golden Empire.

==Succession==
Empress’ are hereditary and are coronated after the life of their maternal parent or abdication of the maternal parent or elder sibling. The Empress title is passed down to the eldest daughter of an Empress. If no daughter is available for succession, the Empress may choose the next eldest female relative of the next generation and may continue to go down the line in order of birth until all options are exhausted.

If no suitable heiress is found, the Empress role of that ministry shall be appointed by the reigning Grand Empress with the approval of the Royal Council.

No member of the Royal Council may vote if they are related to the suggested appointee.

The mission of the Ishola Empire is to motivate individuals to take initiative in creating change for the better by providing programs that are simple with big impact, for implementation internationally. The Empire provides free education, healthcare, mental health services and personal development in aims to fully prepare our members for work in their role of nobility as well as the ability to financially support themselves through entrepreneurship so that they may freely have the opportunity to serve without the fear of insolvency.

The Empire of Ishola is an independent nation, and U.S. Territory land locked within the borders of the United States. It maintains sovereign control of its territory while honoring the neighboring laws of surrounding countries. The Empire is committed to the right of determination within confines of international law. The primary focus of the nation is encouragement of service to ones community in exchange for inclusion. All members (citizens) gain citizenship through a minimum of 100 hours of certified service among additional requirements, making The Empire of Ishola a nation with 100% volunteerism amongst its citizens.

==History==
*July 15, 2022: Empress Myishola Matthews purchased a small parcel of land in hopes of creating a land for people wanting to develop themselves and their community. She named the land Ishola and opened the borders to the online community that had been built over past years.

*March 21, 2023: The first International Association of Spiritual Intuitives Convention was held in Las Vegas, Nevada. There, the bylaws in which the Ishola Empire is governed were loosely drafted , declaring Myishola Matthews Empress of the Ishola People and IAOSI Council which governs the Ministries.

*June 2, 2023: Empress Myishola Matthews was Coronated as Empress of the Ishola People and Empire of Ishola at 12pm CST. In attendance was Queen Eunice Mingo of Mobile.

The first formal act of hospitality by Empress Myishola Matthews was performed on June 24, 2023. A Royal Tea was held on Opal Beach for neighboring royalty. Diplomatic talks began between organizations with plans to collaborate on efforts in the near future.

*July 15, 2022: Empress Myishola Matthews purchased a small parcel of land in hopes of creating a land for people wanting to develop themselves and their community. She named the land Ishola and opened the borders to the online community that had been built over past years.

*March 21, 2023: The first International Association of Spiritual Intuitives Convention was held in Las Vegas, Nevada. There, the bylaws in which the Ishola Empire is governed were loosely drafted , declaring Myishola Matthews Empress of the Ishola People and IAOSI Council which governs the Ministries.

*June 2, 2023: Empress Myishola Matthews was Coronated as Empress of the Ishola People and Empire of Ishola at 12pm CST. In attendance was Queen Eunice Mingo of Mobile.

Empress Myishola Matthews was born Myishola Chuntal Watson, 7 September 1988 in rural Houston, Texas. She began competitive oratory at 4 years old with her sister Princess Latrishola. While having success in oratory at a young age, she was then trained by her Father King Tony in chess. She showed great promise and ranked well amongst the chess community and was often invited to speak during her primary education.

The Empress was granted early acceptance into college and began at age 16. While away at the University of A&M Kingsville the summer before her senior year in High School, she studied computer science and assisted with research for the development of artificial intelligence.

During her senior year of High School, Empress Myishola & Princess Latrishola we founding members of the debate team. Having extensive experience in oratory, the two reached the state level where they won awards at their respective events. The Empress also graduated a varsity letterman in Dance, Band, Choir, Student Council, Theatre and Cheerleading.

She continued college at The University of Houston, where she went on to join the speech & debate team, winning on a national level 2 years consecutively.

Prior to her reign, The Empress ran multiple successful businesses and non-profit organizations geared to help women become financially independent. In 2020 she retired from business and began performing philanthropy full time.

Empress Myishola Matthews was born Myishola Chuntal Watson, 7 September 1988 in rural Houston, Texas. She began competitive oratory at 4 years old with her sister Princess Latrishola. While having success in oratory at a young age, she was then trained by her Father King Tony in chess. She showed great promise and ranked well amongst the chess community and was often invited to speak during her primary education.

The Empress was granted early acceptance into college and began at age 16. While away at the University of A&M Kingsville the summer before her senior year in High School, she studied computer science and assisted with research for the development of artificial intelligence.

During her senior year of High School, Empress Myishola & Princess Latrishola we founding members of the debate team. Having extensive experience in oratory, the two reached the state level where they won awards at their respective events. The Empress also graduated a varsity letterman in Dance, Band, Choir, Student Council, Theatre and Cheerleading.

She continued college at The University of Houston, where she went on to join the speech & debate team, reaching the national level and ranking in the top 5 nationally two years consecutively.

Prior to her reign, The Empress ran multiple successful businesses and non-profit organizations geared to help women become financially independent. In 2020 she retired from business and began performing philanthropy full time.

Empress’ are hereditary and are coronated after the life of their maternal parent or abdication of the maternal parent or elder sibling. The Empress title is passed down to the eldest daughter of an Empress. If no daughter is available for succession, the Empress may choose the next eldest female relative of the next generation and may continue to go down the line in order of birth until all options are exhausted.

If no suitable heiress is found, the Empress role of that ministry shall be appointed by the reigning Grand Empress with the approval of the Royal Council.
