	I think you were trying to not overstuff the boxes, but I believe there may be a better way of approaching this, as everything mentioned here is usable as ''both'' a written or oral style, depending on circumstances. It'd be more correct to qualify them as direct and indirect styles, but that doesn't feel right either. 	I feel it can be an either / or, but I've never noticed anyone objecting to one style being used over another. Technically, all the Ministers should be addressed by their noble titles by those inside Westarctica, and as "Your Excellency" by those outside Westarctica, although this doesn't need to be formalized, I believe it is proper according to international diplomatic customs. The Duke of the Bear Peninsula should be referred to as "Your Excellency" by just about everybody, I just prefer to use "Your Grace" when addressing him during internal discussions. However, when introducing him to others at the upcoming MicroCon, I will use "Excellency" because in this case, it's referring to his higher office. I hope this provides some clarification.
