Talk:Royal Polo Match

About the match: the photo of horses and polo players implies that there are actual horses and actual polo players present in the park where it occurs. If this is so, the article aught to say so! In what field do these players compete? How many are there? It is sometimes difficult, with micronations, to distinguish the real from the nearly-real from the less-real from the "fantastically real", and some of this ambiguity is deliberate. However, to the extent that a thing is real (like the platinum bust of King Timothy) this should be made clear and the evidence demonstrated with photographs (in this instance, to the extent that it is real, photos of the King and the Duke next to one or two polo players and their horses perhaps). An example of the nearly-real might be the Invasion of Calsahara: the Duke, the King, and a few other hardy souls did indeed travel to this micronation and liberate it (and there are photos to corroborate this) but there was no defense force and the invasion, per se, is to be understood as somewhat tongue-in-cheek. The polo players and their horses are most certainly real. We have no pictures of us with the horses, but perhaps we can remedy that situation on Sunday!
