On 29 October 2017, a coalition force formed by [[Westarctica]] and its ally the [[Kingdom of Shiloh]] '''[[Invasion of Calsahara|liberated Calsahara]]''', a sovereign [[micronation]] located on the [[Carrizo Plain]] of California.  As a result of the successful military operation, [[Colony of Calsahara|Calsahara]] became a colony of Westarctica.

This image was taken at 3:15pm as [[Grand Duke Travis]] and [[King Timothy of Shiloh|King Timothy]] led the [[Westarctican Royal Guards|Royal Guards]] on a triumphant march through the streets of Calsahara toward the dilapidated city of [[Hooverville]].


Liberation Day is celebrated as a [[Public Holidays in Westarctica|public holiday]] on 29 October.

The Amundsen–Scott South Pole Station is a United States scientific research station at the South Pole, the southernmost place on the Earth. The station is located on the high plateau of Antarctica at an elevation of 2,835 meters (9,301 feet) above sea level and is administered by the Division of Polar Programs within the National Science Foundation under the United States Antarctic Program (USAP).
