This image doesn't follow an important concept of the rules of blazonry: although it appears to be quartered, the quarters are all the same color (whatever, er, color that is). In order to be blazoned, either the quarters need to vary at least a little ("In the first and fourth Argent, in the second and third Or...", etc., or we have to come up with a name for the veeeeeeeerrrry thin black cross which appears on this shield (which I don't think was its intent). Was the original image created with no colors at all, other than olive, light olive, gray, and white (only one of which even has a color in blazonry)?
