:These suggestions are excellent. Unfortunately, the errors you see here took hundreds of hours to compile, and the requested changes are now not at all straightforward to implement (you'd think so, but no; you are welcome to try yourself using the original .ai file, which is much too large to be uploaded here, but can be sent to any who ask). If we cannot have a map with consistent (and correct) title formats and different colors for landmarks versus territories, then I think we are better off with a much simpler map that contains only [limited] landmarks. I am pretty sure we already have one somewhere we can use (?). That map will require no updating, no renewed licensing, no corrections, and no one's time. The fonts here are difficult to read in any case.
