The Principality of Kolios predates the formation of the Empire, having been established on 20 September 1995 as the Kingdom of Kolios in Bavaria, Germany. When the final member of the founders and then Queen, Arlene moved away from the area, she decided to restructure Kolios as a Principality within an Empire in 1998. The Principality saw miimal activity from 1998 to 2020. | |||
