On 2 September 2023, Chun Yin Benedict Chak, Westarctica's [[Honorary Consular Corps|Honorary Consul to Hong Kong]] was granted the [[Peerage of Westarctica|peerage title]] Duke of Coulter in recognition of his support of Westarctica. His Grace's title is named for the Coulter Heights.
