His Lordship, the '''Count of Goldstream''', '''Stefan Winkler''' is a member of the [[Hereditary Nobility of Westarctica]] and has served as [[Foreign Minister]] on the [[Royal Council]] since February 2018. He is also the Captain of the Goldstream Guards.


The Count's title comes from [[Goldstream Peak]] in the [[La Gorce Mountains]] of [[Westarctica]].

==As Foreign Minister==
In his capacity as Westarctica's Foreign Minister, the Count has been extremely active and has helped motivate and inspire the international members of the [[Honorary Consular Corps]]. [[Grand Duke Travis]] has given the Count nearly autonomous authority over the ministry in part to help speed their activities without waiting for approval from the Crown.
 
==Viscount Grier==
On 13 July 2018, the Count was granted the additional title "Viscount Grier" in recognition for his work with the [[Honorary Consular Corps]]. It was named for [[Mount Grier]], which is situated directly to the west of Goldstream Peak.
 
==Candidate for Prime Minister==
The Count's candidacy for [[Prime Minister of Westarctica]] in the [[2019 Prime Minister election|2019 election]] was announced on 9 January of that year.
