An excellent question! Technically, there is no sash associated with this order aside from the blue/black one I wear as Sovereign of the Order. Ideally, there would be a sash for the rank of Knight Grand Cross, but sashes are my weak point. Quality ones are freaking expensive, and home-spun ones are never as good as the real thing (although I have a red one made by the former King of Scone that is very close). So, rather than be seen wearing a cruddy piece of cloth hanging about my body, we have to make due with what we have. - Westarctica | |||
