The '''Westarctican College of Arms''' is an organization dedicated to heraldry under the supervision of the [[Ellsworth King of Arms]] responsible for organizing and registering coats of arms.

As of May 2018, the College is still being created, but it will allow citizens and non-citizens alike to purchase Letters Patent with their custom coats of arms and also register their arms with the College.
