Haworth Mesa (85°54′S 128°18′W) is an ice-capped mesa with steep rock walls whose summit area is 5 nautical miles (9 kilometers) long and 3 nautical miles (6 kilometers) wide and rises to 3,610 meters (11,840 ft), standing between Sisco Mesa and Mount McNaughton where it forms part of the divide between Norfolk Glacier and Olentangy Glacier in the western Wisconsin Range of Westarctica.

The mesa was mapped by the United States Geological Survey from surveys and U.S. Navy air photos collected during the 1960–1964 research season. Haworth Mesa was named by the Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names in honor of Leland J. Haworth, Director of the National Science Foundation and a member of the Antarctic Policy Group.
Peerage title
On 2 January 2024, Maximilian L. Friedrich von Han received the peerage title Duke of Haworth in recognition of his support of Westarctica. His Grace's title is derived from this feature.
