His Serene Highness Prince Thomas (Thomas Williams), Duke of Waite, is a member of the Peerage of Westarctica and serves as Minister of Citizenship on the Royal Council.
Princely Elevation
On 2 November 2025, by Royal Decree RD-2025-003, the Duke of Waite was elevated to the rank of Prince and thereafter styled His Serene Highness Prince Thomas. The elevation formed part of the Anniversary Honors granted by Grand Duke Travis.
He continues to hold the peerage title Duke of Waite.
Prince of Eden
Prior to joining Westarctica, Williams was briefly enthroned as Prince of Eden, a micronation founded on ecological principles. The stated mission of the Principality of Eden was to promote environmental awareness and community-building.
Following his ennoblement in Westarctica, the Principality of Eden was discontinued.
Career in Westarctica
In January 2025, Williams contacted Grand Duke Travis to inquire about supporting Westarctica’s ecological mission and volunteering his services.
He was subsequently granted the title Count of Recely, named for Recely Bluff. Shortly thereafter, he was elevated to the rank of Duke with the title Duke of Waite, named for the Waite Islands and nearby Cape Waite. His former subordinate title was then granted to his wife, Delilah Williams, who became Countess of Recely.
In March 2025, following a quarterly meeting of the Royal Council, he volunteered to serve as Minister of Citizenship, a position responsible for reviewing and approving citizenship applications.
In July 2025, after the reactivation of the Civilian Corps, he was appointed Commissioner of the Civilian Corps.
