The obverse (face) of the note has an engraved rendering of the Grand Duke on its left side.  Above this appears the symbol for "ice mark" (the snowflake) followed by the number "20" before a guilloche pattern.  Below the face of the Grand Duke appear his signature and the signature of the Commissioner of the Treasury.  The issuing bank, the Central Bank of Westarctica, appears in vertical text just to the left of these.
The obverse (face) of the note has an engraved rendering of the Grand Duke on its left side superficial to a geometric seven-point star.  Above/ Superior to this appears the symbol for "ice mark" (the snowflake) followed by the number "20" superficial to an ovoid guilloche pattern.  Inferior to the face of the Grand Duke appear his signature and the signature of the Commissioner of the Treasury.  The issuing bank, the Central Bank of Westarctica, appears in vertical text just to the left of these. To the right of these along the top of the note are the words "This note is legal tender for all debts within Westarctica" inferior to the words "Twenty Westarctican Ice Marks" in larger font. Inferior to these are a series of orange Eurion symbols.  Near the bottom center of the note is the note's QR code box.  In the top right of the note is the note's serial number directly above/ superior to an engraved rendering of the Lesser Shield.  A 5-point guilloche "star" is printed superficial to the Shield, and the number "20" is printed superficial of the star.  On the far right of the note in the middle in black font and in horizontal text is the year of printing of the note.

To the right along the top are the words "This note is legal tender for all debts within Westarctica" below the words "Twenty Westarctican Ice Marks" in larger font; closer to the bottom is the note's QR code box.  In the top right is the note's serial number directly above an engraved rendering of the Lesser Shield.  On top of the shield appears a 5-point guilloche "star" and the number "20". On the far right in the middle in black font is the year of printing of the note.
Multiple overlapping color gradients appear across the obverse and reverse of the note, and interact with each other using various undisclosed layered transparency effects, making the recreation of the final set of gradients impossible without specific information with regard to the colors chosen for each gradient, the opacity of each color, the opacity of each layer, the transparency effect of each layer relative to all layers beneath it, and knowledge with regard to the order of all layers.

Both the obverse and reverse have barely-visible repeating patterns across the entire surface, made of either stars (obverse) or snowflakes (reverse), located deep to all other layers.
