Her Excellency, Jessica Barton is the current Commissioner of the Westarctica Civilian Corps, having assumed the role on 11 February 2019 after the incumbent Commissioner, Duke Jordan of the Bear Peninsula became Prime Minister of Westarctica in the 2019 Prime Minister election.
Within days of being appointed to the post of Commissioner, Ms. Barton began putting her signature on Corps members certificates, as well as handling the shipping of welcome packs.
