His Grace, the Duke of Waesche, Wolf Tulier is a member of Westarctica's hereditary nobility. He was formerly the Prime Minister of Westarctica, having been the first and only person to ever hold that office. His Grace currently serves the government as Minister of Defense, a position he has held since September of 2005.
