Jessica Farmer
Jessica Farmer (birth name Jessica Barton) is a citizen of Westarctica, and a former Commissioner of the Westarctica Civilian Corps, having assumed the role beginning 11 February 2019 after the incumbent Commissioner, Duke Jordan of the Bear Peninsula became Prime Minister of Westarctica in the 2019 Prime Minister election. She left the office on 15 February 2021.

Jessica has been a citizen of Westarctica since 2018. She married Duke Jordan of the Bear Peninsula in February 2022 in a ceremony presided over by Grand Duke Travis.
Career in Westarctica
Within days of being appointed to the post of Commissioner, Ms. Barton began putting her signature on Corps members' certificates, as well as handling the shipping of welcome packs. She officially stepped down from this role in February 2021.
Jessica attended MicroCon 2023 as a member of Westarctica's official delegation. During the event, she was honored as a Dame of the Order of the Snowflake in recognition of her many years of service to the government. She also served as a part of the MicroCon 2025 delegation, where she was awarded the Order of the Polar Cross.
