The Illustrious Antarctic Order of the Orca is the highest Order of Westarctica. The intention of the order is to honor those who have provided a lifetime of service and dedication to Westarctica and its ideals. The order was formally established on 10 July 2019. This image shows the Count of Faulkender receiving the order at 2023.
The Fallone Nunataks are a chain of nunataks 10 nautical miles (19 km) long, located 10 nautical miles northeast of the Harold Byrd Mountains, between the edge of the Ross Ice Shelf and the Watson Escarpment. They were named by the Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names for Lieutenant Paul R. Fallone, Jr., U.S. Navy, aide to the Commander, U.S. Naval Support Force, Antarctica, 1962.

The order only has a single official rank: Dame/Knight of the Orca, which is limited to 14 regular members, who are appointed for life. These are sometimes referred to as numerary members. While there is no specific criteria, these members are intended to be those citizens who have provided the greatest services to the nation. This is often measured as a body of work across years or even a lifetime. There is no minimum number of knights or dames the order must have, but the accepted wisdom is that vacancies should be filled as worthy candidates are identified.

On 20 August 2019, the peerage title Baroness Fallone was granted to Dame Kim Bryan in recognition of her excellent service as Consul to the United Kingdom, and her success as a delegate at the 2019 GUM Summit. Her wife, Barbara Bryan, was given the courtesy title Baronetess Fallone.
