His Grace, the 2nd Duke of Goldstream, Sterling MacLeod is a member of the Peerage of Westarctica and current Captain of the Westarctican Royal Guards.

The Duke's title is derived from Goldstream Peak in the La Gorce Mountains of Westarctica.
Career with Westarctica
His Grace was introduced to Westarctica in 2017 through his friendship with Stefan Winkler, the 1st Duke of Goldstream. In January 2018, he joined the Honorary Consular Corps as a representative to the New England region and was granted the peerage title Baron of Swan, a title named for Mount Swan.
He quickly distinguished himself as a diplomat and was subsequently raised to the rank of Consul-General to New England.
Along with the Count of Dorchuck, he was instrumental in forming the Westarctica Ice Krakens, the country's national hockey team.
His Grace attended Westarctica's 20th Anniversary Celebration where he was awarded a knighthood as Knight Commander in the Order of the Snowflake as part of the 20th Anniversary Honors and Appointments.
Service with Royal Guards
After being inducted into the Westarctican Royal Guards with the rank of major, MacLeod created the Westarctican Parachute Regiment, a group of guardsmen who perform aerial jumps wearing Westarctican uniforms and flags. In this capacity, he has recruited numerous citizens and nobles into Westarctica.
In recognition of his recruitment efforts and leadership over the Parachute Regiment, MacLeod was promoted to the rank of colonel and appointed Captain of the Guards, a post in the Royal Household of Grand Duke Travis giving him authority over the entire Westarctican Royal Guard forces. These appointments were made at MicroCon 2025.
Titles
In 2018, he was granted the title Baron of Swan, a title named for Mount Swan.
Upon the 1st Duke of Goldstream's passing, his titles Viscount Grier and Duke of Goldstream were placed in abeyance for lack of a suitable legal heir. On 2 November 2023, as part of the Anniversary Honors, Grand Duke Travis bestowed these titles upon two members of Westarctica's diplomatic staff who were especially close with the duke. Sterling MacLeod became the 2nd Duke of Goldstream.
In 2022, as part of the unification of Kolios and Westarctica, he was granted the title Baron von Inningen in the Nobility of Kolios in the Honors List for the Accession of Prince Garibald.
